The first visit is often about access and visibility. Dense growth may require slower production and a higher initial cut than a routinely maintained area. After the first pass, the owner can better see drainage patterns, debris and obstacles, and we can discuss whether a second cut or recurring schedule makes sense.

What can be cut?
Capabilities depend on the machine configuration and the material encountered. Tall grass, weeds, vines and suitable light brush may be manageable, while large saplings, stumps, heavy woody growth or embedded debris can require a different contractor. We do not promise a uniform lawn finish on rough reclaimed ground.
Difficult slopes require conservative decisions
Remote-controlled equipment can help keep an operator off the machine in suitable areas, but a track platform still needs adequate surface conditions and an operating route. Wet soil, loose fill, concealed holes and drop-offs may change or delay the plan.
From reclamation to maintenance
