Array geometry affects production
Row spacing, tracker movement, pile and wiring placement, turning room and panel clearance determine how much can be mechanically mowed.
Vegetation and finish matter
Established low cover, dense annual growth, woody encroachment and invasive patches require different methods. Define acceptable height and trimming.
Access and facility rules add time
Security, orientation, escorts, check-in, work windows and equipment inspections belong in the estimate.
Drainage and terrain change equipment needs
Swales, slopes, soft ground and erosion features can slow work or create exclusions. Low-ground-pressure claims do not guarantee zero rutting.
Initial reclamation differs from maintenance
The first cut may include hidden debris, slower inspection and multiple passes. Recurring cycles can become more predictable after a baseline.
